INTRODUCTION OF THE CHEF AND MANAGER - SIMON GUEST

Simon’s surname really is Guest! There is no better name for a restaurant chef!

Simon started his career as a butcher at the age of 14. At the age of 16, he entered Birmingham College of Food in his home tome. Soon after that, he was offered a job at Le Petit Blanc, where he soon soared to a higher position. The owner sent him to France for 2 years to gain experience. There, he worked across the whole country, in home kitchens as well as in two-Michelin-starred restaurants. Afterwards, he returned to England, where he seized the opportunity and began working for a big catering and restaurant company. He learned how to lead a team and train new cooks. Soon, he became the Head Company Trainer and travelled across the whole country to teach beginning cooks.

On Korunní Street, the couple ran a French restaurant, which over the years became one of the highest-rated restaurants in the region.

The restaurant area on the first floor of the golf clubroom offers a spectacular view of the golf course surrounded by the Beskydy Mountains and their highest peak – Lysá Mountain. The elevated location offers an area separated from the vibrant life of the main restaurant, where you can enjoy peace and quiet as you sip your afternoon coffee. There are also meeting rooms on this floor which make it an ideal place to organise a coffee break, lunch, or evening social event.
